These pillows are firm and can retain heat; thus, some manufacturers shred the foam initially to let the air circulate inside.
  • Organic fillings: If you prefer an organic and natural lifestyle, then this might be the right choice for you. In fact, it’s always a good idea to avoid any harsh chemicals during pregnancy. You can choose a pillow made from Spelt, Wool, or Kapok.
